TLF-970™ Products Of Ceramic Fiber

TLF-970™ series product is a basic type of high performance insulation mat and cost-effective. TLF-970™ series product is made of high performance refractory ceramic fiber which has been purified by water and cohered by organic binder. TLF-970™ series product exhibits excellent performance in the thermal insulation of the fire when the temperature is less than 12600℃.

The flexibility of TLF-970TM is excellent, bended nearly 180 degrees without crack . TLF-970™ is easy to wrap or shape.

TLF-970TM is mainly be applied in the exhaust system insulation, chassis insulation, thermal protection of the engine, lithium battery separator, new energy vehicle battery passive fire protection.

In addition to meet the needs of automotive insulation fire, TLF-970TM can be used in a variety of industrial insulation, electrical fire insulation and fire protection.

This products can be used as motor vehicle, electric heater protection, household electrical insulation ,metal cladding gasket, thermal insulation in petrochemical industry, transmission line protection, welding protection, sound insulation, thermo-shield and thermocouple protection.
