TLF-200™Series Products Of PCW Fiber

TLF200TM series product is an excellent non-expandable product. It can meet the mainstream catalytic converter packaging applications. It can provide mechanical support, sealing, protection, heat insulation, sound insulation and so on for catalytic converter. And also be used in end cone insulation environment and other extreme conditions of high-end insulation.

TLF200 TM has high performance, made of PCW fiber, supporting liner fiber arrangement structure, strong fixation force, stable lap structure at high temperature, improving corrosion resistance. No additional liner edge protection material or measures are required. At room temperature to 1250 degrees Celsius, it still maintains excellent support and excellent aging performance. Product isn't hydrophilic, do not actively absorb water, and will not be used to analyze oil, water or urea corrosion

With excellent bending performance, strong plastic, it is suitable for catalytic carrier packaging and applicable to a variety of different packaging methods. Products can be used for most carrier packaging, including gasoline engine GBD packaging carrier, diesel engine carrier and natural gas carrier packaging.
