TLF-1000L™ series product is a basic type of high performance insulation mat and cost-effective.TLF-1000L™ series product is made of high performance refractory ceramic fiber which has been purified by water and cohered by organic binder.TLE-1000L™ series product exhibits excellent performance in the thermal insulation of the fire when the temperature is less than 1260℃.

The flexibility of TLF-1000LTM is excellent, bended nearly 180 degrees without crack. TLF-1000LTM is easy to wrap or shape.

TLF-1000L is mainly be applied in passenger car exhaust system cone insulation, diesel exhaust system insulation, chassis insulation, engine thermal protection, car roof insulation and fire protection. In addition to meet the needs of automotive insulation fire,TLF-1000L can be used in a variety of industrial insulation, electrical fire insulation and fire protection.
