Product description
Fiberglass Tissue is a non-woven felt material made of ultra-fine glass fiber yarns through a wet or dry process. It has the characteristics of light weight, uniform thickness, high specific strength and excellent chemical resistance. Its porous structure and flexible characteristics make it easy to composite and process, and it is widely used in high-performance composite materials, surface protection and industrial linings.
Features
Ultra-thin and high-strength: thickness range 0.05-1.0mm, unit area weight can be customized, and it provides excellent mechanical strength while being lightweight.
Heat and corrosion resistance: It can withstand temperatures from -60℃ to 550℃ for a long time, is acid and alkali resistant, moisture-proof, and UV-resistant, and can adapt to harsh environments.
Excellent permeability: Rapidly infiltrates resin/adhesives, improves the bonding strength between composite layers, and reduces bubble defects.
Flexible design: supports customized fiber diameter (such as 5-13μm), weight (10-100g/m²) and adhesive type (epoxy, polyester, etc.).
Application areas
Composite material reinforcement: used for lightweight automotive parts, wind turbine blades, and boat hulls to reduce crack propagation.
Surface protection layer: used as pipeline anti-corrosion layer and metal substrate anti-rust lining to extend service life.
Electronic insulation: high-temperature insulating medium in PCB substrate and battery separator.
Building waterproofing: reinforced skeleton of roof waterproofing membrane and floor heating insulation layer.
